💰 The median single-family sale price increased 2.6% to $394,995, while sellers received 96% of their original list price.
📉 Single-family inventory declined 8.2% to 2,271 active listings, with the months’ supply falling 14% to 4.9 months.
🏘️ Townhouse and condo sales climbed 17.1%, reaching 82 closed sales.
📈 The median townhouse and condo sale price rose 13.3% to $319,950, while cash sales increased 30.3%.
🔑 Townhouse and condo inventory dropped 16.4%, with the months’ supply decreasing 26.4% to 7.8 months.
