GL Homes has officially broken ground on Valencia Vista at Riverland, a new 55+ active adult community in Port St. Lucie. Located within the 4,000-acre Riverland master-planned development, Valencia Vista will introduce new home designs and enhanced lifestyle amenities to the Treasure Coast.
Planned features include a new clubhouse with expanded wellness, fitness, and social spaces, plus access to Riverland’s existing 24-acre Sports & Racquet Club and 51,000-square-foot Wellness & Fitness Center.
