🍽️ More dining options are on the way to Riverland! GL Homes has signed leases with three new restaurant tenants at Riverland Town Center, the centerpiece of the 4,000-acre Riverland community in Port St. Lucie. Ristorante Chef Luca Corleone is expected to open this summer, while Pepe’s Cantina is targeting a late fall or early winter debut.
🏙️ Max & Louie’s New York Diner is also planned for a future phase of the project and will mark the brand’s first Florida location. Additional businesses secured at Riverland Town Center include Chase Bank, Bank of America, Club Pilates and Heartland Dental.
🛒 The first phase of Riverland Town Center opened in summer 2025 and is anchored by Publix Super Market and its adjacent liquor store. Existing tenants already serving the community include Ace of Carts, Hair Benders Salon, Riverland Nail Boutique Spa and Live with Grace Animal Hospital.
