🛍️ Port St. Lucie is getting a new shopping destination!
The Cashmere Shopping Center is coming to 220 SW Cashmere Blvd in St. Lucie West. It will offer about 14,000 sq ft of retail and commercial space for shops, dining, and services.
📍 Leasing is already underway! Flexible spaces are planned for retail, professional, service, and food/beverage tenants including a possible patio restaurant. No specific businesses are announced yet – but the center aims to serve nearby neighborhoods.
💬 This new retail hub is expected to make everyday shopping and dining more convenient for residents in the growing St. Lucie West and Cashmere areas. Construction and opening are targeted around 2026.
