📈 St. Lucie County’s population has surged 22.2% since 2020, reaching an estimated 402,449 residents. That is roughly four times the growth rate of Palm Beach County.
🏡 Much of that growth is centered in Port St. Lucie, where the population has climbed nearly 31% to more than 268,000. The city now accounts for roughly two-thirds of St. Lucie County’s population.
🏗️ Housing affordability and new construction are helping attract buyers. Communities in and around Tradition continue adding homes, while expanding restaurants, entertainment and amenities are making Port St. Lucie increasingly attractive to families.
