Port St. Lucie ranked third nationally for the share of new-construction listing views from shoppers outside the metro area. In the second quarter of 2026, 80.9% of views came from out-of-area shoppers, according to a Realtor.com report.
The Miami–Fort Lauderdale–West Palm Beach metro area was the largest source of outside views for Port St. Lucie. New York was also among its top three sources. The median listing price for a newly built home in Port St. Lucie was $459,176.
These figures measure online listing views, not home purchases.
