🏗️ Miller Construction Company has broken ground on Phase 1 of Tradition Commerce Park in Port St. Lucie. The master-planned industrial and flex development spans approximately 34 acres within the Tradition Center for Commerce.
🏢 The park is approved for seven buildings totaling more than 530,000 square feet. Phase 1 includes new roads, utility connections, stormwater retention lakes and two buildings measuring approximately 28,800 and 26,400 square feet.
📍 Located on SW Tom Mackie Boulevard, the development offers access to I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike. The first buildings will feature flexible office-warehouse configurations and customizable spaces starting at 3,000 square feet.
