🏎️ St. Lucie County commissioners reached a consensus to move forward with a bulk water agreement for the proposed P1 Motor Club. The private, members-only development is planned for a 650-acre former citrus grove west of Port St. Lucie.
🏁 Plans include two racetracks, 125 condos and custom garages. The development would feature more than nine miles of private track space, including karting, rally and drift courses.
💧 Commissioners agreed to use the county’s current methodology to determine the project’s daily water allocation. County staff will also review utility-service policies for specialized developments over the next year.
