🏗️ Construction is underway on a new 312-unit apartment community in Tradition. The approximately 18-acre project will feature 10 three-story residential buildings at 13661 SW Village Parkway.
🏡 Apartments will range from one to three bedrooms and approximately 720 to 1,300 square feet. Each residence will include a private balcony or fenced ground-floor yard, with completion planned for summer 2028.
🌴 Planned amenities include a swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, coworking suites and lakefront walking trail. Residents will also have access to outdoor grilling areas, landscaped gathering spaces and a resident lounge.
