🎉 A nearly 85-acre entertainment district is planned along Village Parkway in Tradition. The project could bring around 25 new restaurants, plus additional stores, to Port St. Lucie.
🛍️ Development is expected to begin with a 5.5-acre parcel off Innovation Way featuring 40,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space. About 60% is already leased, and construction is expected to begin within six months.
🎬 Future plans could also include grocery stores, retail, a luxury gym and possibly a movie theater. The district would span four parcels from Innovation Way to Hegener Drive.
